Avalon - Cabernet Sauvignon - Lodi, 2022 (750ml)

Avalon’s Lodi (2021) Cabernet Sauvignon is a well-balanced, full-bodied wine, with a long finish. It presents itself with an alluring red-garnet hue that illustrates the harmonious embodiment of dark fruit and minerality. In the glass, one can expect to find the essence of plum, raspberry and earth as it perfuses from the aroma onto the palate.  

Eight months of aging, in French and American Oak, yields hints of caramel and vanilla that enhance its profile. The tannins are seamlessly integrated in this vintage, followed by a moderate level of acidity that provides a reasonable amount of complexity. It is certainly a quality-driven wine that makes it ideal for everyday drinking.
