Cazcabel Reposado is a tequila that has been aged for a minimum of 9 months in American oak barrels, which gives it a balanced and complex flavor profile. The tequila is made using double-distilled Blanco, which retains the beautiful, clean, and earthy agave flavor, and then it is rested in barrels to acquire the aromas of toasted oak. The aging process can last up to 11 months, depending on the taste, and the tequila is sampled every week to ensure the perfect balance.
