Purple hues in the glass, on the palate this is a medium bodied wine with red cherries and strawberries with a  savoury finish. Well balanced of acidity, and minerality, with red cherries, strawberries, and hints of savoriness, make this an outstanding value from Burgundy!

The Tradition is a beautifully light and fresh Pinot Noir, drawn from a distinctive terroir defined by its white limestone soil content, humidity, and morning fog. 

Domaine Fichet is a 35 hectare farm run by a small team of five full-time workers, including several who have been at the domaine for over 20 years.
