A bitter side given by the rhubarb and a fresh one, due to the mint. The short aging in chestnut barrels serves to accentuate the stringent, almost savory note. The color is deep amber, given by the extractions of the plants used: gentian, angelica, centaury, chamomile, laurel and the percentage of sugar is very low.
