Fuyu means "winter" in Japanese. This hand-blended whisky comes from three distilleries around Kyoto, on the island of Honshu. Fuyu is a powerful and generous blend, a true expression of the know-how of Japanese cellar masters. Composed of 80% grain (corn), 20% malt. It is aged in American white oak barrels. Filtration on Kieselguhr.
