Koskenkorva - Vodka - Finland (750ml)

Sustainably made in Finland with local spring water in the village of Koskenkorva, Finland, this distiller is doing its part for the planet! The distillery relies largely on bioenergy generated by their own plant, they've cut CO2 emissions by 50% since 2014 (and plan to go carbon-neutral by 2025), and their recycling/reutilization rate is an impressive 99.9%!  Beyond their sustainability, they make a phenomenal product. Delicately neutral on the nose and palate, it does show a touch of herbal, peppery, nutty savor if you dig for it. Generally very smooth and clean, it's a fantastic go-to for a Martini or Mule, or to sip neat or on the rocks.
