Crème de Cassis is a fresh and natural product without coloring or preservatives . Langlois Crème de Cassis is renowned for its purity, its unrivaled fragrance and its richness in fruit: 800 gr of fruit/liter.
On the day of harvest, the berries are frozen to prevent any fermentation and, above all, to encourage the cells to burst, thus releasing intense aromas .
After defrosting, the fruits are sorted very carefully, split, then macerated in pure alcohol.
The maceration is carried out in barrels that are turned every day for six weeks.
