Quady Vya Sweet Vermouth Aperitif (750ml)

The family-owned Quady Winery makes some of the States' first domestic vermouths, this one based on an interesting blend including Tempranillo and Orange Muscat. It is infused with an undisclosed number of botanicals, and is notably balanced in its sweet- and bitterness. Among its tasting notes are dried black cherry, toffee, dried stone fruits, baking spice, sarsaparilla, and a well-rounded sense of herbal bitterness. Absolutely delicious as an apéritif with a splash of soda and an orange twist, it also breathes new life into a Manhattan or Negroni.
