Sanctum Divjak Sylvaner - Orange Wine - Slovenia, 2021 (750ml)

In the glass, a hazy golden hue. On the nose, spiced orange peel, fresh English thyme, and a hint of jasmine tea. On the palate, the wine is bright and round with flavors of pear, apricot, and mandarin.

This is a dry, skin-contact, white wine (aka orange wine) composed of 50% Kerner and 50% Sylvaner. This wine pairs excellent with flavorful Asian dishes and spices, such as coconut curry soup or short rib ramen.




Packed with exotic aromas of spiced orange peel, fresh thyme and jasmine, and a lively and lush palate with electric flavors of Asian pear, apricot and mandarin.
