In the glass a light golden color, on the nose, hints of flowering herbs and tropical fruit. On the palate, there's passionfruit, peach and pink grapefruit followed by bright acidity and minerality.

This wine pairs well with fresh and cooked seafood dishes, including classic fish and chips, fresh oysters, and barbecue prawns.
