This American Style gin is full of lavender and balanced with a little juniper. A result of recipe development and experimentation.  If this Gin were a film, we would have lavender as the lead and juniper in a supporting role. From Master Distiller Daric Schlesselman: "My favorite part of making something new is the experimentation that goes into dialing in the formula. Once we have our final product, we are always left with some fun gins that don’t fit. We decided to blend together some of these experiments and let them rest in our Bourbon casks.
