Vicario - Dragoncello Liqueur (750 ml)

Vicario is the brainchild of Renato Vicario and Janette Wesley, who operate distilleries in both Piedmont and South Carolina, respectively. Their liqueurs and distillates prove to be compelling, curious, and consistently beautiful products that demonstrate the subtleties of the ingredients - the majority of which they grow themselves. Dragoncello - or as it's less excitingly called outside of Italy, tarragon - is the focus of this liqueur. The already wide range of aromas imparted by the herb is preserved and even improved upon, with top notes of licorice, sweet citrus peel, and subtle baking spice.
