Classic Primitivo from the southern end of Puglia! Richly fruited with blackberry and plum, its supplementary aromas range from chocolate and vanilla to leather. The palate is full-bodied with similar fruits, culminating in soft, integrated tannins. Its luxurious fruit and texture make it an ideal accompaniment for braised beef, roasted duck, curried dishes, or aged cow's milk cheeses.
